End User License Agreement
PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING AND BEFORE INSTALLING ANYTHING. THE INDIVIDUAL OR ENTITY AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE/EULA.
The enclosed script(s) ("Software") and the accompanying documentation are provided to the End User by Freelancer Panel ("Freelancer Panel") for use only under the following terms. Freelancer Panel reserves the right to not grant the script to the End user. The End User assumes sole responsibility for the installation, use and results obtained from use of the Software. By purchasing, owning, and saving any copies of the script(s), you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you fail to agree, please stop using the Software and contact Freelancer Panel.
Should you have any questions concerning this License/EULA, please contact Freelancer Panel before purchasing or using the software.
License Delivery
The End User is granted a limited non-exclusive license to do only the following, under the following circumstances:
- Install and maintain the Software on one domain, IP, server and computer at any time for use only of the End User, and no other persons.
- Under the above conditions, the End User is only granted permission to install the Software in the location the End User defined and cannot be changed at a later date.
- The End User may not alter or remove any copyright (notices) that are in the software without written consent.
Restrictions
The End User may NOT sublicense, disassemble, spread, or distrubute copies of the Software to others. The End User may NOT decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the Software to a human readable form. The End User may not modify, adapt, translate, rent, lease, loan, resell for profit, distribute, or otherwise assign or transfer the software, or create derivative works based upon the Software or any part thereof without written consent from Freelancer Panel.
The End User may NOT remove any copyrights present in and out of the design templates. They must remain unchanged and easily seen.
Disclaimer
On occassion, Freelancer Panel may survey your installation integrity. The information verified will be your licence number and the domain/location on which the software is run. Should Freelancer Panel discover inconsistancies in the software usage, be aware that we will take (legal) steps to protect our property. Your information will not be shared with 3rd parties. Once in a while, it is necessary to record your IP address. Please be aware that we subcontract our anti-piracy measures to Pirate Reports. They may contact you to clarify your license legality, and will use an email address @freelancerpanel.com or @piratereports.com.
Termination
This License is effective until terminated. This License will terminate immediately without notice from Freelancer Panel if the End User fails to comply with any of its provisions. Upon termination the End User must destroy the Software and all copies thereof, and the End User may terminate this License at any time by doing so. Freelancer Panel also reserves the right to terminate the End User's license at any time, for any reason they deem neccessary.
Limited Warranty
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE USING THE SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", AND THE SOFTWARE PROVIDER, ITS AFFILIATES AND ITS THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE PROVIDERS HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, CONDITION, GUARANTEE OR REPRESENTATION, WHETHER ORAL, IN WRITING OR IN ELECTRONIC FORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN OR PROVIDED BY THE SOFTWARE. SOFTWARE PROVIDER, ITS AFFILIATES AND ITS THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE PROVIDERS DO NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT ACCESS TO THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR THAT THERE WILL BE NO FAILURES, ERRORS OR OMISSIONS OR LOSS OF TRANSMITTED INFORMATION, OR THAT NO VIRUSES WILL BE TRANSMITTED ON THE SOFTWARE.
Jurisdiction
Freelancer Panel makes no representation that materials on the Software are appropriate, available or legal in any particular location. Those who choose to access the Software do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
Acknowledgement
By purchasing, opening, unzipping, or executing the Software, the End User acknowledges that they have read this license, understands it, and agrees to be bound by its terms and conditions.

Refund Policy
Due to Freelancer Panel being of a digital nature, it is impossible to offer any type of refund. No refunds will be issued after a purchase has been made. Please make sure that your server/hosting environment meets or exceeds all of the system requirements. No refunds will be issued due to server incompatibility.
However, Freelancer Panel reserves the right to issue refunds on a per-case basis. Refunds will be issued at the sole discretion of Freelancer Panel and its management.
