Presentation, to us, is by far the most important factor in the freelancing industry. We wanted our consumer to not have a lot of work to do when they start using our product; that is exactly why we implemented two very unique designs. We went the extra mile to make the design appealing so that your potential clients will feel the professional presence and hopefully feel "at home."
We didn't stop there! Being unique is also very important, that is why we implemented Smarty. Smarty is one of the most famous and widely used PHP Templating engines. Not only did we choose Smarty because of it's reputation, it also required very little PHP experience to customize your design.
Not only that, we took the extra leap to put all FP code into hidden PHP files so that making templates could not be any easier to work with and, basically, clutter-free! The client-side designs are not the only great features in the design, though. Our administration skin is also one of the main factors that the designs in FP pay for themselves!
Full Client Management
Our client management is another feature that makes FP great for all your freelancing needs. It has many features that makes controlling to content of your client bases much easier to manage. Take a look at the following features the client management section has to offer:
- Keep track of what clients have and have not paid for their projects.
- Store client information neat and securely for easy access.
- Add new clients in the easiest possible way.
- Edit existing client information due to changes (such as email address, etc.)
- Delete out-of-date customers that have no intention on returning or who may have more than one entry.
- Easily keep track of who is an active or inactive client.
Full Invoices
We realize that sadly money runs this world. This is why one of the major highlights, and something that seperates FP from the other software like it, is the invoicing system. Some of the highlights include:
- Ability to generate a custom invoice for any customer.
- Customer has the ability to pay through a Paypal or Authorize.net module, completely intergrated into Freelancer Panel.
- Create, modify, and delete invoice items for any invoice.
- Unlimited invoice items per invoice, making it very easy to keep essential records!
Portfolio
Portfolios are one of the most important aspects of gaining a potential customer. But this doesn't mean portfolios have to be hard to create! All you have to do is fill out a simple form within the Admin Control Panel, and a new portfolio entry to your portfolio page will be added. You have the ability to add screenshots, descriptions, testimonals, and anything else that makes a portfolio really shine.
Products / Custom Services
Never worry about how you will let your current and past customers know about your new products and services with the ability to add anything to the product or custom services pages. These pages allow easy sales of the same product as many times as you could dream or even items like custom templates that should only be sold once! It's simple to add new products or to create custom fields. It is not limited to pre-made products an services either! You can sell services at hourly rates as well; then your clients can simply choose the amount of hours they need!
Pre-set Pages
Freelancer Panel has many pages that take time to build, just to make it easier on you! About pages, contact pages, don't worry anymore because they are all implemented into FP for you! It couldn't be easier to modify these pages either, simply modify the text from the Admin panel and click Modify. You can even add more pages if we haven't included enough for you. The administration panel also allows you to create new pages, should you want more than the pre-made pages that are included.
